In the book Ramona and her Father by Beverly Cleary it shows a perspective of a small girl in
kindergarten when her father has lost his job. Ramona's family fall into a hole of despair, not
Ramona, she is trying to get her father to stop smoking to save some money and his lungs!
Ramona dose many things to try to help him. Then she realizes that only the best dad would corner
with crayons. And her mom tolerant a giant picture taped on the kitchen floor. And to have the
best sister (almost) that will read to her when she wants.
